Pesticide Import Procedures
The Pesticide import procedures include submission of correct application on the prescribed Forms, i.e Form-1, Form-16 & Form-17 in accordance with the following notified checklist:
Registration of pesticide on Form-1 for import includes: (Download Here)
• Valid Registration of the pesticides or their manufacturing in the country of export.
• Two crop seasons, biological trials of the pesticide from two federal or one federal or one provincial agricultural department.
• Specific name prescribed by the importer in the application.
• Attestation of all the documents by CCPIT in the case of China and Embassy of Pakistan to the country of manufacture.
• Deposit of the prescribed fee through Challan Click Here

Registration of pesticide on Form-16 for import includes: (Download Here)
• Valid Registration of the pesticides in the country of manufacture.
• Notification of the pesticide by the Federal Government on Generic Name.
• Attestation of all the documents by CCPIT in the case of China and Embassy of Pakistan to the country of manufacture.
• Deposit of the prescribed fee through Challan Click Here

Registration of pesticide on Form-17 for import includes: (Download Here)
• Valid Registration of the pesticides in the country of manufacture.
• Valid Trade name in the country of manufacture.
• Proof of the extensive use of pesticides in OECD countries, China and India.
• Attestation of all the documents by CCPIT in the case of China and Embassy of Pakistan to the country of manufacture.

• Establishment of the facility in accordance with the prescribed checklist
• Technical Audit of the facility by the notified team of the DPP
• Registration subject to fulfillment of prescribed requirements

• Establishment of the facility in accordance with the prescribed checklist
• Technical Audit of the facility by the notified team of the DPP
